CONFIRMATIONS

With a click you can fax, e-mail or print Sale Confirmations, Carrier confirmations and Passings. FAMOUS offers summary and detail formats or you can customize your own formats for each document. A log is maintained each time that a confirmation is sent.

Sale Confirmations
Confirm sales with customers by identifying the contents of an order, sale price, scheduled ship date, and other terms of the sale.

Passings
Passings identify what was actually shipped. Optionally, show the shipping point departure time.

Carrier Confirmations
Shippers who arrange freight can send a confirmation to the carrier showing the cooler locations, telephone numbers, pickup #s, commodities, the number of pallets and estimated weight.

Fax, E-mail, Print
You pre-define which customers receive confirmations and passings and if they prefer to have it faxed or e-mailed. Fax or e-mail directly from your computer workstation.

Your Logo
Include your company logo to ensure that receivers easily recognize your confirmations and passings.
