Inquiry Levels
With a click, sales and production personnel can reveal any one of six levels of inventory, forecasts and orders. Some customers wish to specify variety, grade or label. Orders for others can be entered at a higher level allowing your shipping department latitude on filling the order.

Orders
Sales and purchase orders appear at the level they were entered. For example, for an order for Red Delicious, Apples, Tray Pack, Size 72, the ordered quantity will appear on the first two levels; if a grade of US Fancy is added the ordered quantity will appear on the first three levels.

Drill Down
A click on the sold quantity reveals sales orders by customer. Click on a sales order to reveal complete order detail.

View by Product or Warehouse
Choose to display quantities by product and warehouse or combine all warehouses.

Holdover
A holdover quantity is updated with actual on-hand inventory, receipts and shipments are reset giving a current on-hand balance. This process can be run automatically as a scheduled service, typically at the conclusion of a day’s receiving and shipping.

Refresh
You can set an automatic refresh frequency in addition to the refresh button on the display.

Customize Your Display
Today - Show any of 17 quantities for each product. Choose from: Holdover, Received, Shipped, On-Hand, Loading, Reserved, Not Available and Available-to-Ship. Also, show Estimates, Received on Estimate, Remaining Estimate, Sales, Purchases, Available-to-Sell and future orders.
Future - For future dates choose from: Projected Holdover, Estimates, Received on Estimate, Remaining Estimate, Sales, Purchases, Available-to-Sell and future orders.

Variety Groups
Optional Variety Groups can help in the ordering process. For example, the many plum varieties are classified as red or black. You can take an order from a customer who wants to specify red plums, but is not concerned with the variety; whatever red varieties are available can be shipped.

Highlight Colors
You can customize your display by showing any of the quantities in color. Negative quantities show in red with parentheses.
