TROUBLE NOTIFICATION

With a click you can fax, e-mail or print Trouble Notifications to growers, vendors and even customers. Notifications are triggered when an invoice line is flagged as Pay Hold. Also, you specify which of your trouble comments appear on each notification. Growers are notified whether or not product came through inventory. Vendors are notified for non-inventory purchases.

Send Trouble Notification documents immediately or stage them to be sent as a group. Either way a complete log is maintained of all notifications sent or re-sent. Use the FAMOUS standard format or customize your own formats for each notification. Optionally, include your company logo.
