CONFIRMATIONS

With a click you can fax, e-mail or print Sale confirmations, Carrier confirmations, Shipper confirmations and Passings.  A log is maintained each time that a confirmation is sent.  Choose from several delivered formats or customize your own format for each document.

Sale Confirmations
Sale confirmations identify the contents of an order, sale price, scheduled ship date, and other terms of the sale. Protect sensitive data by specifying which information is shown.

Passings
Passings identify what was shipped.  Optionally, show the shipping point departure time.

Shipper Confirmations
Brokers selling on straight brokerage and buy/sell transactions can confirm orders with shippers.  Show ordered commodities, purchase prices, and other items.

Carrier Confirmations
Brokers who arrange freight on delivered sales can send a confirmation to the carrier showing commodities by shipper with cooler, location, pickup number and telephone number.   In addition to quantities, you can show the number of pallets and estimated weight.

Fax, E-mail, Print
You pre-define which customers, carriers and shippers receive confirmations and passings and if they prefer to have it faxed or e-mailed.  Fax or e-mail directly from your computer workstation.

Include your company logo to ensure that receivers, carriers and shippers easily recognize your confirmations and passings.
