Invoicing and AR Print
You can’t get paid until you send the bill, and chances are you have complex invoicing requirements. Famous will let you take all of your unique customer billing requests in stride. We know how important adding customer requested billing details to your invoices can be to your business relationships and bottom line.

Set up different billing formats for each customer if you like. Send bills via e-mail, e-fax, EDI, or continue to stuff them in envelopes if that’s what you or your customers prefer. Set different “trigger events” for billing each of your customers—bill when shipped for some, invoice a specific number of days after shipment for other customers, etc.

Automatically gather and apply appropriate costs to individual invoices even when you combine loads for different customers on the same truck and so on. Invoice details can be changed up to the moment of invoicing and even corrected after invoices have been created.

Trouble and Hold Pays

Print invoices directly or create Adobe PDF documents and send them electronically via e-mail or e-fax. Add your logo to documents if you like. Optionally use Famous Integration Services, (FIS), iTradeNetwork, or FoodLink Online EDI connections for invoicing.

Price Adjustments

If your sales staff is permitted to adjust prices or make other revenue accommodations, Famous tracks and timestamps these changes, creating a full audit trail. Such changes can be restricted to specific employees. Full audit tracking details includes date, time, name of the person making the change, customer name, and reasons cited for changes.
