Standard Order Templates

Customer Credit Information and Inquiries

Prevent accidental order-taking for delinquent or over-limit customers. Monitor both over-dollar amounts and days past due. Authorized management personnel can override this feature. Overrides create audit trails. Answer customer questions quickly by consolidating current or past activities on summary screens, and then drill down as necessary to see details.
