The resulting Sales Notes document becomes part of your customer record. It will be used to help create your quotation, and handed over to your Famous Consultant and Trainer so that they will have some basic information about your company’s requirements and aspirations.

Implementation Plans: We work with you to create a comprehensive implementation plan identifying the tasks and people involved. You will receive an implementation schedule similar to the one shown in this example:

Ongoing Consulting and Training: Once you become a Famous customer you will have the opportunity to use our consulting and training services as needed. Typically, customers first work with consultants to flesh out the details of upgrading from their old information systems to their new ones. For example, we can work with you to take advantage of your new software’s more effective product identification, tracking, and inventory management features.

Consultants and trainers are also available to help your company grow and evolve.
