Activities are included in each class which will allow you to customize techniques to fit your organization's needs, as well as apply newly learned concepts from the class. The schedule is as follows:

March 7, 9:00 a.m. - Produce System Inventory
Emphasis of this class concentrates on inventory entry methods, correcting your inventory, pallet tag printing, reconciling your inventory, reporting capabilities, and data maintenance of your inventory file, lot file, and packout history.

March 7, 1:30 p.m. - Produce System Accounts Receivable
The class focuses on setting up charges, various invoicing methods and procedures, balancing to the General Ledger, and cash receipting procedures.

March 8, 9:00 a.m. - Produce System Grower Accounting
Areas of concentration for this class include setting up grower and automatic charges, settlement procedures and reports, generating grower statements, balancing your grower payables, and how to improve your grower settlement.

March 13, 9:00 a.m. - General Ledger
This class discusses budgeting, using custom report formats, balancing, and purging.

March 13, 1:30 p.m. - Accounts Payable
Areas of concentration for this class include managing your payables, using check reconciliation, reporting, processing 1099's, balancing, and purging.

March 14, 9:00 a.m. - Payroll
The class focuses on master file features, using check reconciliation, setting up a 401K, reporting options, balancing, and purging.

March 14, 1:30 p.m. - Crop Accounting
This class discusses using overhead allocation, setting up budgeting, balancing to the General Ledger, and tips on generating reports.
