Job Description:
You will join a dynamic and growing B2B team. The team manages and develops software for companies buying and selling produce over the Internet. The job of Software Support/EDI Specialist at Famous Software LLC includes the following responsibilities:

• Provide customers with guidance and assistance with Famous B2B software via phone support.
• Troubleshoot customer problems.
• Administer customer profiles using software tools.
• Administer electronic data (including EDI) using software tools.
• Train customers to use our software.

About the Person:
The person we are looking for has the following skills and characteristics:

• The ability to work with others as part of a team. Teams are made up of individuals of varying levels of seniority and experience and with varying responsibilities. You must be able to collaborate with others and communicate your ideas effectively.
• Experience working with EDI or electronic messaging systems is helpful.
• Experience using and/or supporting moderate to complex software packages is important.
• Experience in the produce industry is a plus.
