Job Description:
Once you join our team, we provide
extensive training on our Famous software system. We will guide you every
step of the way as you build software and industry knowledge. You
will work within a team based atmosphere to provide business solutions
in our Customer Support Department. Pursue
additional opportunities as you apply your software and industry knowledge
in consultation services.
Responsibilities:
The role of a Support Representative at
Famous Software, LLC includes the following responsibilities.
- Provide
customers with guidance and assistance with Famous software via phone
support.
- Use your
strong verbal and presentation skills as you train users on site in
using Famous software.
- Apply
your software and industry knowledge with additional growth opportunities
in consultation services.
- Travel
opportunities available.
Qualifications:
Candidates
should possess a strong knowledge or degree in one of the following concentrations:
accounting, business, information systems, finance, or management. Service
oriented individuals with strong communication skills who are interested
in a challenging and rewarding career should apply.
