Job Description:
This opportunity is excellent for a student who is looking to gain experience
in the field of software testing and quality assurance. This is a paid internship that will offer hands-on
training and experience within the following environment:
- ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system
- Business transaction processing, accounting, and payroll
- Test case design and implementation
- Troubleshooting application issues
- Windows, Oracle
- Software testing methodologies and tools
Qualifications:
The ideal intern should have an aptitude for
information systems and business transaction processing, and should be studying Accounting or Information
Systems or a related field of study. The person should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
and be willing to work 12-16 hours/week. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2003 is necessary. Experience
with SQL, Oracle database, and accounting systems is a plus.
