We are revolutionizing information management in the fresh food supply chain. We use a team approach to software development and customer support. The Professional Services Team interacts directly with our customers. This position enables you to use your personal and technical skills to help our customers get the most from their investment in our software. After you receive intensive product training you will use your strong verbal and presentation skills to provide telephone support, e-mail support, and online assistance utilizing GoToMeeting and state-of-the-art Customer Relations Management tools.
