Job Description
The job of Business Analyst at Famous Software LLC, includes the following responsibilities:

• As part of a project team, work to create a software solution to a business problem.
  
  
• Understand the project scope, identify needs, develop business requirements, analyze their feasibility, and document the findings. This may involve meetings and conversations with people inside and outside the company, at all levels of seniority.
  
  
• Create a Project Analysis document that can be used as the basis of technical design and software development.
  
  
• Work closely with software developers to ensure that all issues are resolved in design, before coding begins.
  
  
• Upon completion, execute integration tests to ensure that the project requirements have been met.
  

About the Person
The person we are looking for has the following skills and characteristics:

• Famous Software LLC uses a team approach to software development. The ability to work with others as part of a team is a key requirement. Teams are made up of individuals of varying levels of seniority and experience. You must be able to listen to others and communicate your ideas effectively.
  
  
• Most likely, you have been a software engineer or business analyst at a software company that produces complex business software, such as an ERP system.
  
  
• You have leadership skills that would enable you to take on a full Project Management role.
  
  
• You understand the concepts such as Sales, Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Finance as it pertains to the development of business applications.
  
  
• It would be an advantage if you have experience using Oracle's database and tools, Windows, or PowerBuilder, in a software development organization.
  
  
• You are self-motivated and can prioritize your own activities with guidance. You can solve problems through discovery and analysis.
  
  
• You should possess a strong knowledge or degree in one of the following concentrations: accounting, business, finance, information systems, agribusiness, or management. This is an environment appropriate for individuals interested in exposure to a variety of skills and technologies.

Compensation
Salary and benefits will be in line with market rates and the individual's experience.
