Benefits and Policies
We believe that the greatest benefit to employees is a challenging
and fulfilling work environment providing each employee with opportunities for growth.
Additionally, many other benefits are provided for the well-being of employees. Some of
the most significant are:
401k
Employee contributions to a 401k plan administered by the company.
401k Matching
The company matches a portion of your 401k contributions based on formulas and a
vesting schedule.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Vacation and sick pay are rolled into one and called Paid Time Off (PTO). PTO is accrued
for permanent employees at a rate that varies with longevity. Employees may take any
accrued time off, at their discretion, with pre-approval where possible scheduling issues
occur.
Holidays
Eight holidays are selected and paid. If there are not eight holidays that fall on work
days PTO is accrued on a designated day.
Health Care Coverage
The company pays for the employees health care coverage. Employees can add
coverage for their spouses and children through a payroll deduction. See 125 Cafeteria
Plan.
Disability Insurance
Salary continuation in the event of disability is paid by the company.
125 Cafeteria Plan
A government sponsored plan that allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars
for health care costs not covered by company paid health insurance, such as family health
insurance, eye and dental care.
